What are binary option contracts?
Binary options have several advantages that make them particularly useful in the volatile world of forex trading. Firstly, the risk is limited, even if the price spikes up. Secondly, the collateral required is relatively low. and they can be used even in flat markets that are not volatile. These advantages make forex binary options a worthy consideration for beginner as well as experienced currency traders. The binary options work on a YES or NO basis. When trading spot forex, you BUY or SELL the currency pair at the current market rate, known as the spot price. Forex trading is a way to speculate on international currencies without taking ownership of the physical assets.
